G reener Pastures sells (among other things) grass four days a week in the Union Square Farmers Market. When I asked if this was their only retail outlet they said - yes! Talk about wonderful and rare hyper-local economy - here's a successful example. On such a bright sunny day this yellow bus and bright wheat grass is squeezed into little shots of green organic goodness. Such a deal!
